The Identification and development of leadership qualities in children is more important now than ever. Participants will engage in active dialogue comparing the western mainstream student leadership competencies and Sri Aurobindo and the Mother’s “true leadership” competencies. Participants will engage in hands-on simulations for integrating leadership identification and assessment practices in integral education–based curriculums.
