Ameeta Mehra: Presenter

Ameeta is a founding trustee and the chairperson of the Gnostic Centre in New Delhi. She has a background in integral education, management education (IIM, Ahmedabad), equine management (Irish National Stud, Ireland), English literature (Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University), and theater of consciousness.

She has made a deep study of Integral Yoga psychology and has conducted a number of courses for corporate sector, professionals, teachers, and students to introduce them to its practice.

Ameeta is also the editor of the Centre's journal, The Awakening Ray, and has also compiled and edited books under the "Interactive Self-Discovery" series, published by the Gnostic Centre.

She regularly holds workshops and courses in self-development, meditation, and integral education.
