Registration Fee and Accommodations

Please use our registration form to sign up for the conference.

The registration fee covers all events, room and meals, and transportation from local airports at the beginning and the end of the conference.

Semi-private rooms are in Cary Lodge and dorm accommodations are available in Miller and Morris dorms at Monte Toyon. The rates for the conference are:

$85/day -- semi-private
$65/day -- dorm
$50/day -- single-day use
$25/day (or less) -- children 12 years and younger.

We are working to reduce the cost for children still further, and have established a "Virtual Parent" fund so that families will be able to afford to come to the conference. Please contact us if you wish to make a donation to this fund.

Rooms at Monte Toyon vary from four-person semi private to dorm rooms with ten persons per room. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 146 people at the center.

Deposit for registration is $100. If you cancel before August 1, you will receive 50% of your deposit.

There are also motels and hotels in Aptos for those who wish to have more private accomodations, and camping is available at nearby Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and New Brighton, Manresa, and Sunset State Beaches.

Children and families

Children and families are very welcome. The rooms at Monte Toyon can accommodate families quite well, and we are planning special activities for young children. There will be a children's room with toys, games, a puppet theater, and more. Child care will be available during the major presentations.
