How to register for AUM 2013

There are two steps to AUM 2013 registration:1) for the conference itself and 2) for lodging.

AUM 2013 is a single, integrated experience from Thursday dinner at 5:30 p.m. through Sunday lunch. There are no single day rates. Rates listed below are for the whole conference.
Step 1: Register for the conference
Each adult (18 or older) must register for the conference. Register early to save money and ensure your place:
- Early bird registration: $185 per person by May 15, 2013
- Regular registration: $210 per person after May 15, 2013
Conference registration includes the following:
- All conference activities and performances
- Lunch and dinner during conference hours
- Airport shuttle from Medford Airport on Thursday, June 20 (morning til 5 p.m.) and from Ashland to Medford Airport on Sunday, June 23 (1–9 p.m.
- Hotel shuttle between La Quinta hotel and the conference site: once in the morning, one round trip during afternoon free time, one return for dinner, and one return after evening activities.
To register by mail, print out the conference registration form (www.collaboration.org/aum/2013/registration.pdf) fill it in, and send it to us with your signed check. Please indicate at the bottom of the form if you will be staying at La Quinta Hotel or camping at Jackson WellSprings (see below).

Step 2: Register for lodging
AUM 2013 offers two main choices for lodging:
- La Quinta Hotel (comfortable accommodations; includes breakfast)
- Camping at Jackson WellSprings (bargain accommodations and closeness to nature; includes breakfast)

La Quinta Hotel
You must make your own room reservation at La Quinta Hotel. To get the special AUM discount, call the La Quinta "groups and tours" line
(1-866-527-1498) Mon. through Sat. by May 15 and tell them you are registered for the AUM conference, group reservation number 0468GRDLBX.
Give them your credit card number to hold the reservation.
After May 15, the discount is no longer valid, so you would call
1-800-753-3757 instead. The direct line to La Quinta Hotel in Ashland is
1-541-482-6932.
- Shared room: $150 total for three nights (June 20–23) per adult, two adults minimum. Room has two queen beds and accommodates up to three adults or two adults and two children under 18 years old. Price includes breakfast. Children under 18 are free at the hotel.
- Private room: $300 total for three nights (June 20–23). Price includes breakfast.
Camping at Jackson WellSprings
To register for camping at Jackson WellSprings, choose the appropriate camping option on the conference registration form when you register for the conference.
The Jackson WellSprings campground includes regular camping facilities as well as a spa and a swimming pool on the conference grounds.
- Tent site: $65 total for three nights (June 20–23) per person. Bring your own tent, sleeping bag, and air mattress. Price includes breakfast.
- RV site: $64–$104 total for three nights (June 20–23) per adult, depending on the number of adults. RV campground includes full hookups. Price includes breakfast.
- Tipi: $80–$110 total for three nights (June 20–23) per adult, depending on the number of adults. Maximum per tipi is three. Bring your own sleeping bag and air mattress. Price includes breakfast.
