North Village Apartments are the most recent housing addition to Furman University and are nestled in the tress at the north end of campus. North Village Apartments are private bedroom suites with two full baths, full kitchen, living room and a balcony or patio area. Each suite contains four private bedrooms, two per bath area (1/2 apartment = 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, shared living area). Bedroom furnishings include a full-size bed, desk with chair, dresser/hutch, closet and lamp. A sofa, chair and lamp are provided in each living room, four counter stools or chairs in the kitchen and two deck chairs for the patio or balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a standard electric range and full-size refrigerator. Microwaves, dishes, cooking, serving and cleaning supplies are not provided. Cable TV, telephone and computer connections are provided throughout each apartment; however, televisions, phones, computer or radios are not provided. Wastebaskets are provided in the kitchen and bath areas. Linens are available at an additional cost. Maid service is not supplied.
